Self or Guided Meditation

Sometimes simply releaxing can be easy, but sometimes it can be a problem.  And we all know that "a problem shared can often be a problem solved" !!

Guided meditation, or even self meditation are well known to be calming and relaxing.

Do you meditate ?  If so, how ?

Do you meditate by yourself, or in a group, or by listening to a guided meditation audio recording on your CD or MP3 player ?

Do you know any good Meditation experts, who have recordings, or offer group relaxation sessions ?
